Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on assigned leads or database.

• Present product/service information clearly and effectively to generate interest.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Handle inbound queries and follow up on leads to ensure conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quality metrics.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.

• Provide feedback to the team regarding customer responses and market trends.
