we are seeking for smart tele callers. as a tele caller at leads box marketing private limited, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries, and promoting our products/services. we are in to real estate industry.

responsibility:

handle calls from customers inquiring about products, services, or support.

provide accurate information and resolve customer queries or concerns.

building rapport with customers to establish and maintain positive relationships.

conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

ability to work in team or individually

requirements:

graduation (in any stream)

proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role is a plus.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

good attitude.

salary- up to

working location: huda complex, rohtak

working days: monday to saturday (10am to 6 pm)
