Telesales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive/ Tele caller

We are seeking for smart tele callers. As a Tele caller at Leads Box Marketing Private Limited, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries, and promoting our products/services. We are in to real estate industry.

Responsibility:

€¢ Handle calls from customers inquiring about products, services, or support.

€¢ Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries or concerns.

€¢ Building rapport with customers to establish and maintain positive relationships.

€¢ Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

€¢ Ability to work in team or Individually

Requirements:

€¢ Graduation (In any stream)

€¢ Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role is a plus.

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Good Attitude.

Salary- Up to

Working Location: Huda Complex, Rohtak

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10am to 6 pm)
