Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and selling our products/services over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to close deals effectively.
€¢Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify potential customers through research and cold calling efforts.
€¢Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
€¢Customer Engagement: Establish rapport with new clients, identify their needs, and pitch suitable products/services.
€¢Follow-ups: Handle inbound queries and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
and maintain engagement.
€¢Sales Closing: Convert leads into sales by overcoming objections and providing compelling reasons for customers to make a purchase.
€¢CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and progress through the CRM system.
€¢Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the team manager.
€¢Market Research: Keep up-to-date with product offerings, competitor activities, and market trends.
€¢Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, customer feedback, and any obstacles
encountered.
€¢Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (minimum [X] years preferred).
€¢Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to
meet or exceed sales targets.
€¢Ability to handle objections and negotiate deals effectively.
€¢Good understanding of CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
€¢Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
€¢Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
€¢A professional, friendly, and persuasive
telephone manner.
