knowledge and skills:

• good knowledge of tour packages.
• thorough knowledge of aircraft log books, maintenance records, applicable maintenance.
• high degree of knowledge in computer operation and keypunch skills. must be proficient in microsoft office, word, excel
• ability to read, written, understands, and communicate the english language and follow verbal and written instruction.
• ability to negotiate with clients on tour packages and payment mode.
who you are
• bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years' experience in office management (minimum 2 years as a supervisor of staff)
• extensive microsoft office suite, word, and excel knowledge
• values and practices a team player attitude.
• strong sense of initiative and can-do attitude
• budget management experience
• strong negotiation skills
• strong communication skills both written and verbal .
• ability to multi-task and organize competing priorities in an efficient manner .
• must take initiative and demonstrate exceptional judgement when making” decisions and problem solving .
• ability to work after-hours and overtime to help oversee office moves and events, office emergencies .
