Knowledge And Skills:
Ability to meet required scheduling deadlines and maintains necessary work flow.
Good knowledge of tour packages.
Thorough knowledge of aircraft log books, maintenance records, applicable maintenance.
High degree of knowledge in computer operation and keypunch skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Ability to read, written, understands, and communicate the English language and follow verbal and written instruction.
Ability to negotiate with clients on tour packages and payment mode.
Who You Are
Bachelors Degree preferred
5+ years' experience in Office Management (minimum 2 years as a supervisor of staff)
Extensive Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel knowledge
Values and practices a team player attitude.
Strong sense of initiative and can-do attitude
Budget management experience
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal .
Ability to multi-task and organize competing priorities in an efficient manner .
Must take initiative and demonstrate exceptional judgement when making decisions and problem solving .
Ability to work after-hours and overtime to help oversee office moves and events, office emergencies .
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
Academic Qualifications & Experience
Must be a minimum Graduate Minimum of 2-10 years Travel Operations and telecalling experience
