key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to prospective customers and business owners.

explain justdial’s services, features, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.

generate leads and convert them into successful business listings on the platform.

handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to potential clients.

maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the crm system.

achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales conversion targets.

build rapport with customers and ensure a positive brand experience.

work closely with the sales and business development team to support overall growth.

requirements:

education: ug/pg (any stream) – freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

skills:

excellent communication skills in english, hindi, or regional language.

strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.

ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.

experience: prior telemarketing/telecalling/inside sales experience is an added advantage.

technical needs: must own a smartphone and basic computer knowledge.
