• obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.

• calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items like ielts/pte or student visa, immigration product or visitor visa or dependent visa

• addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

• communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our counselors.

• conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.

• using our local software to add all leads into the software

• using other platforms of calling like just dial & sulekha
