Telecalling (Fresher) - Female Candidates Required

We are seeking a female Telecalling professional in Coimbatore, India, specifically for fresh graduates. In this full-time office-based role, you will be part of a team that provides interior design and construction services.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Conducting telephonic outreach to potential clients to promote our residential and commercial interior design services.

- Assisting in scheduling appointments and coordinating communications between clients and design teams.

- Gathering feedback and data from clients to refine services and ensure satisfaction.

- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions to support follow-ups and ongoing client relationships.

Required skills and expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude to engage effectively with clients. A basic understanding of interior design principles is beneficial, although not mandatory. Proficiency in using office communication systems and software is essential. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, enabling them to manage multiple tasks and maintain records accurately.

Since this is an office-based position, candidates should be comfortable working from the Coimbatore office and be fully available without any field travel or remote work obligations. The work hours will align with standard office schedules, including weekdays with weekends off.
