Requirements:
Graduated / High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service, preferably in the automobile industry.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening, persuasive speaking, and rapport-building.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads, appointments, and customer data.
Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and telephony systems.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
Salary Offer: Rs. 2,40,000/- to 3,00,000/- (LPA)
