Telecalling Executive (Freshers) Bangalore

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our team in T Dasarahalli. This full-time position is suitable for female candidates who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to start their careers in telecalling. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Outbound Calls: You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products or services, ensuring you communicate effectively and confidently.

- Understanding Customer Needs: Engage with customers to determine their requirements and provide suitable solutions, aiming to build rapport and trust.

- Updating Customer Records: Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions, ensuring all data is up to date and organized for future reference.

- Handling Customer Inquiries: Answer any questions from customers regarding our offerings, providing clear and accurate information to guide their decision-making.

- Meeting Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales and performance targets set by the management to ensure overall success for the team.

Required Skills and Expectations:
