Job Description:

Candidates would be responsible for providing Customer support with their queries and/or sell them products by Outbound Calling.

She must be able to handle customer calls in Hindi/English language.

Requirements & Job Activities:

Providing customers with information on products, services & offers.

Identifying customer needs & solving their issues/queries.
