1. You must be quick, energetic, willing to learn and deliver the objective of the company on daily basis.

2. You must perform to the fullest and understand the service basic fundamentals and principles to excel in this role.

3. Collect Customer feedback on VRG Service & product of organisation.

4. Your duties will include calling, researching clients and regular follow-up with existing customers, ask for referrals, promote the company in social media, give satisfying answers to customers, create trust and lead by values of the company.

5. Contact potential or existing customers to get feedback about VRG product service by using scripts.

6. Answer questions about products of the company.

7. Enter and update customer information in the database.

8. Handle grievances to preserve the company reputation.

9. Keep records of service calls and note useful information.

10. Minimum 40 quality calls /day & conversion should be 5 per day at least, will count data by monthly calculation.
