Job Brief:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating profit for our company. You will be responsible for closing deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Telesales Representatives are sales representatives responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers over the telephone. We are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.

You should be self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team! As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales target & generate Revenue.

Telesales Representative Requirements and qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of experience will be preferred as Telesales or similar customer service or sales role.

* Freshers are also allowed.

* Proven record of met quota.

* Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.

* Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.

* Patient and friendly personality.

* Team player.

* Good time-management skills.
