Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitoring and delegating tasks

Assisting and managing the team with work, training, and development

Completing paperwork and handling complaints

Controlling attrition

Reviewing presentations and managing daily activities

Handling inbound and outbound call escalations

Reporting to seniors about requirements and management

Excellent communication with interpersonal abilities

Proper planning and execution skills
