we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female tele caller to join our team. the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively. this position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic work environment with growth potential.

key responsibilities:

- make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and secure sales or follow-up appointments.

- build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-ups.

- address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

- maintain and update the crm system with relevant details for each interaction.

- achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.

requirements:

- education: undergraduate (ug) degree.

- experience: freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

- skills required:

- excellent verbal communication in [language(s) specific to the role].

- strong persuasion skills and a positive attitude.

- basic knowledge of ms office (excel, word) and familiarity with crm software is a plus.
