Job Roles - Handle inbound and outbound calls

Make persuasive sales pitches to generate interest and convert leads into appointments and enrollments

Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and meetings for counselors and business staff

Support walk-in clients with form filling, registration, and basic queries

Assist in coordinating sessions, workshops, and events

Collaborate with the business development and counseling teams to ensure a seamless client journey
