About the Role

Skyarenaa School of Excellence is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our admissions and outreach team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing information about our academic programs, facilities, and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential leads and inquiries regarding school admissions.

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, resolving queries about curriculum, fee structure, and campus facilities.

Counsel prospective parents and schedule school campus visits/tours.

Maintain and update accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the admissions database.

Follow up regularly with leads to assist them through the enrollment process.

Coordinate with the admissions department to meet enrollment targets.

Requirements

Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or counseling (experience in the education sector is a plus).

Languages: Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English; strong communication skills.

Skills: Good interpersonal skills, phone etiquette, basic computer proficiency, and persuasive capabilities.
