this is a full-time on-site role as a telecaller located in ahmedabad. the telecaller will be

responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential customers to inform them

about our products/services, answering questions about our offering, and setting up

appointments for our sales team.

qualifications

● excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively over

the phone

● strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and difficult

customers

● experience with outbound calling and telemarketing

● ability to work independently and as part of a team

● strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● communication is must required

● a bachelor's degree is preferred.

language: english , hindi and gujarati

salary range:

for fresher: 15,000 to 17,000 inr per month.
