Opening For Telecaller

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be

responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential customers to inform them

about our products/services, answering questions about our offering, and setting up

appointments for our sales team.

Qualifications

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively over

the phone

● Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and difficult

customers

● Experience with outbound calling and telemarketing

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Communication is must required

● A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Language: English , Hindi and Gujarati

Salary Range:

For Fresher: 15,000 to 17,000 INR per month.
