We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Telecaller Outbound to join our Digital Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers and generate leads for our digital marketing services. You will be using a variety of outreach methods, including phone calls, email, and social media.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our digital marketing services

Build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs

Answer questions and provide information about our services

Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team

Update and maintain customer records

Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and sales opportunities

Generate reports on sales activity and performance

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using CRM software

Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller Outbound or similar role

Experience in the digital marketing industry (a plus)
