Telecaller Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated female Telecaller to join our team in Agra. This part-time opportunity is ideal for freshers who have completed their 12th grade and wish to work from home while developing their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Making Phone Calls**: You will connect with potential customers via phone to introduce our services and products, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction.

2. **Understanding Customer Needs**: Listen to customers carefully to identify their needs and provide appropriate information or solutions that suit them.

3. **Updating Records**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database, ensuring that all information is current and accessible.

4. **Providing Feedback**: Share insights and suggestions based on customer interactions to help improve our services, pricing, and overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:
