Hiring Freshers || Telecaller

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller for our office located in Noida Sector 6. In this role, you will primarily focus on making calls related to the medical sector, specifically handling inquiries and providing necessary information to clients.

Key responsibilities include calling potential clients, explaining our services, and answering any queries they may have regarding medical tests and procedures. You will be expected to maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow up on leads, and promptly address any client concerns to ensure effective communication.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor, as you will be interacting with clients directly. A basic understanding of the medical field or a willingness to learn about it will be beneficial. Additionally, you should be proficient in using basic computer applications to log interactions and manage client data.

Since this is a full-time position based in the office, punctuality and commitment to work hours are critical. Candidates must have completed at least their 12th grade. The role requires the ability to work under some pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a team environment will be essential for success in this Telecaller position.
