Telecaller Jobs For 10th Pass Freshers

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our team. This role involves communicating with customers primarily over the phone to promote our products and services. This is a full-time position based in Salt Lake, and we welcome freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade to apply. Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to introduce and explain our products or services, providing essential information to encourage their interest.

- Handle Customer Queries: Respond to questions and provide clear information to ensure potential customers feel valued and understood.

- Maintain Call Records: Keep detailed notes of calls made and customer interactions in the provided database for follow-up and tracking purposes.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Work toward daily or weekly sales goals by effectively communicating the value of our offerings and closing deals when possible.

- Provide Feedback and Suggestions: Share insights from customer interactions with the team to help improve products or services and enhance the overall customer experience.
