job summary

responsibilities & duties:

the responsibilities would include:

making outbound calls on hot leads, counseling the students & parents and convincing them about the benefits and usefulness of the company’s test preparation courses and converting them into paid users.

making appropriate entries in the crm software/ excel.

such other duties as may be assigned

required qualifications, experience and skills:

languages: fluency in english & hindi.

skill set: pleasing voice and tone, excellent verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, call etiquettes, clear pronunciation, effective listening skills.

education: graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.

experience: you should have experience of a minimum 1 year as a counsellor, education consultant, telesales executive, online sales executive, telecalling executive, telecaller or bpo executive in an outbound voice-based sales process with a proven track record.
