Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries effectively via call/chat/email
Ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
Maintain call logs and reports as per process requirement
Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
Provide accurate information and resolve queries
Document customer interactions in the system
Maintain service quality and meet defined KPIs
Key Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts, if required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts (for NRI process)
Fresher welcome; prior BPO/customer support experience is a plus
Language: English (Preferred)
