role & responsibilities of telecaller & counselor

1. making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.

2. to counsel clients about visa process & requirements of countries like canada, australia, europe, usa, uk & many more.

3. counselling about the courses offered by the for different countries.

4. handling the walk-in, telephonic & email inquiries.

5. fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.

6. follow-up on the leads till registration.
