€¢ Generate Leads from various sources.

€¢ Convert Leads into sales.

€¢ Handling Requests & Complaints

€¢ Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships

€¢ Retain the old customers

€¢ Cold Calling for new Leads

€¢ Answering incoming calls or leads.

€¢ Serve Existing customers by after sales support.

€¢ Inform about new products/offers to existing customers
