Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities
- Follow up on leads and previous customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales scripts
