position: tele sales officer

location: hyderabad

experience: minimum 6 months in tele sales / customer support

languages required: fluent in kannada and english

salary: based on experience and interview performance

key responsibilities:

make outbound sales calls to potential customers and explain products/services clearly.

handle inbound customer enquiries and convert them into sales.

maintain customer records, follow-up leads, and ensure timely closures.

achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.

maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

required skills:

excellent communication skills in kannada and english.

strong convincing and negotiation skills.

good listening ability and customer-handling skills.

basic computer knowledge (ms office, crm entry).

ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

eligibility:

minimum 6 months of experience in tele sales or customer care.

any bachelor of degree accepted
