Position: Tele Sales Officer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Tele Sales / Customer Support
Languages Required: Fluent in Kannada and English
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and explain products/services clearly.
Handle inbound customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
Maintain customer records, follow-up leads, and ensure timely closures.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good listening ability and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Sales or Customer Care.
Any bachelor of degree accepted
Immediate joiners preferred.
