Job Title: Tele Sales (IT Industry Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales with strong lead conversion experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales, preferably in the IT industry, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Follow up with prospects to close deals.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead conversion and target achievement.
Preference for candidates with experience in the IT industry (software, SaaS, digital services, web development, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and objection-handling ability.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-driven personality.
