JOB SUMMARY

Job Purpose Telephonic Sales, Acting as a contact between Company and Client and Convincing Clients to work with us by providing best service.

Job Importance Working by sitting at one place and handling clients on phone , Also You will enjoy working as employee need not go door to door for the sale of services.

Contribution One should believe in winning and convincing and achieving monthly targets leading to attractive incentives(like Two wheeler, foreigns trips on over achievements of target)

JOB CHALLENGES

Deadline Every 30 days( Monthly targets will be given)

Punctuality Should be prompt during the market trading time.

Quality Should be good in telecalling and convincing Cleints to invest in stock markets

Communication Should be good in speaking Hindi and English.

Retention of the Clients.

Upgrading and cross selling the products.

ROLE OF EMPLOYEE

Conducting Market research and keeping up-to-date with the knowledge of the market.

Acquisition and retention of clients by understanding clients needs and providing them best services.

Completing monthly target of revenue generation with the products, by client handling.

Working on paid client portfolio and ensuring payment follow ups.

Convincing clients to invest in stock markets.

Completing monthly target and submitting the details to the manage
