Tele Calling Executive Job Responsibilities
• Deeply learn details about our tender service & also price list.
• To generate leads, submit commercial offer, negotiation, and closure of the deal.
• Generate between 15-20 prospect sales leads par day.
• Maintain your leads and appointments in CRM properly.
• Set your call targets , foloow-up’s & meeting targets
• Stay with your work habits ( Like- First call, second email service proposal , ask foe meeting time(if required )update follow-up’s in CRM.)
• Understanding customer profile & products.
• To provide sample tenders to customers according to his requirements.
• Bulk email or Whst’sapp
• Update your daily report to your team leader.
• Send 80% to 90% call closing to your team leader.
