lyf medicare is india's no. 1 medical diagnostics aggregator. our core focus is medicine supply, laboratory service, home care service , medical equipment and customer service. we have over 60 partnered locations in delhi , gurgaon, faridabad, lucknow and patna we also provide free home sample collection.

as a customer advisor (tele-sales) at lyf medicare, you will be in charge of guiding customers find the right diagnostic centre for them.

responsibilities:

- advise present and prospective customers by answering calls - both incoming and outgoing leads.

- to give relevant product and healthcare information to customers on call.

- influence customers to buy through us at our partner centers.

- document calls on our sales tracking system.

- work in coordination with team to achieve quality of service and sales goals.

- we will provide training for all the above. healthcare knowledge is not a requirement.

qualifications:

- previous experience preferred

- fluency in hindi and good to have english speaking

- customer focus

- closing skills

- telephone skills

- high energy level

- persistence

we have two shifts: 8:00 am - pm and pm - pm . 6 days a week.

minimum/maximum/ work experience required: min - 0-1 year

monthly : 15k to 25k
