Job Description

- responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. this involves explaining product features and benefits to customers and persuading them to make a purchase or donation.

- manage and update customer databases with contact information and details of each conversation. this helps in keeping track of customer preferences and feedback for future reference.

- follow up on leads generated through online campaigns or other sources to convert them into sales opportunities. this requires a proactive and persistent approach to engaging with potential customers.

- respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. this involves providing excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the supervisor or team leader. this involves planning and prioritizing calls effectively to ensure maximum productivity and achievement of sales goals.

- strong communication skills in both english and hindi, as well as basic computer skills are required for this role. this includes proficiency in ms office package, data entry, online data processing, and typing skills.

- ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and targets. this requires self-discipline, motivation, and a strong work ethic to succeed in a remote work environment.
