1. You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly sales target
2. Tele calling and regular following up with the Clients.
3. Ability to work under target & sales pressure
4. The candidate should be able to work within a team.
5. Reinvent ways of pitching to Customers and closing the sales on calls.
6. Make them understand the need and purpose of the Call..
7. Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining reports.
8. Should be well versed with English and Hindi and Telugu.
9. Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.
10. Excellent communication and selling skills mandatory.
