Position: Tele Counsellor Domestic

6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Sunday Fixed Off

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Undergraduates can apply)

Experience: Freshers with good communication OR 6 months 5 years experience in Outbound BPO/Tele calling/Lead Generation.

Gender: Male & Female both can apply

Languages: Hindi & English (Fluent communication required)

Age Limit: 18 to 34 years

Industry Exposure Required:

Experience in Outbound Tele calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation

Ability to handle & convert interested leads into walk-ins for seminars

Talkative & confident personality with clear speech

No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Touch Issue)

Salary Structure:

For Freshers: 16,000 (In-Hand) 20,000 CTC

For Experienced (6 months+): 21,000 26,000 In-Hand (No PF Deduction)

Note: Candidates must be medically fit (No asthma or contagious diseases).
