eligibility criteria:

minimum qualification: 12th pass (undergraduates can apply)

experience: freshers with good communication or 6 months 5 years experience in outbound bpo/tele calling/lead generation.

gender: male & female both can apply

languages: hindi & english (fluent communication required)

age limit: 18 to 34 years

industry exposure required:

experience in outbound tele calling / tele sales / lead generation

ability to handle & convert interested leads into walk-ins for seminars

talkative & confident personality with clear speech

no mti (mother tongue influence) or rti (regional touch issue)

salary structure:

for freshers: 16,000 (in-hand) 20,000 ctc

for experienced (6 months+): 21,000 26,000 in-hand (no pf deduction)

note: candidates must be medically fit (no asthma or contagious diseases).
