œ… 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

œ… Timings: 10:00 AM €“ 7:00 PM

œ… Sunday Fixed Off

📌 Eligibility Criteria:

œ” Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Undergraduates can apply)

œ” Experience: Freshers with good communication OR 6 months €“ 5 years experience in Outbound BPO/Tele calling/Lead Generation.

œ” Gender: Male & Female both can apply

œ” Languages: Hindi & English (Fluent communication required)

œ” Age Limit: 18 to 34 years

📈 Industry Exposure Required:

🔹 Experience in Outbound Tele calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation

🔹 Ability to handle & convert interested leads into walk-ins for seminars

🔹 Talkative & confident personality with clear speech

🔹 No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Touch Issue)

💰 Salary Structure:

For Freshers: ‚¹16,000 (In-Hand) €“ ‚¹20,000 CTC

For Experienced (6 months+): ‚¹21,000 €“ ‚¹26,000 In-Hand (No PF Deduction)
