Job Summary:
Aspire Square is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecounsellor to guide students and professionals through immigration and study abroad processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our services, and assisting potential clients in selecting the right visa or coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries related to immigration and study abroad services.
Counsel students and professionals on visa categories, study destinations, and eligibility criteria.
Explain Aspire Squares services, coaching programs, and immigration process effectively.
Maintain records of client interactions and follow up with interested candidates.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams.
Provide accurate and updated information regarding visa policies and admission processes.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Meet targets related to lead conversions and enrollments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in any field.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
Confident and persuasive speaking abilities.
Basic knowledge of immigration and study abroad processes is an advantage.
Ability to handle client queries patiently and professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools is a plus.
