Roles & Responsibility:

It is an Outbound Collections process

Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts

Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments

Contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.

Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly
