**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct selling of our FleetNow product to businesses. This is a target-based role, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to promote and sell FleetNow GPS tracking services.

- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our product.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system accordingly.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for business growth.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in telesales or direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to confidently articulate product features and benefits to potential clients.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
