we are seeking a motivated and dynamic telesales representative to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for direct selling of our fleetnow product to businesses. this is a target-based role, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success.

**key responsibilities:**

- conduct outbound calls to prospective b2b clients to promote and sell fleetnow gps tracking services.

- understand customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our product.

- build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- achieve monthly sales targets and kpis set by the company.

- keep accurate records of sales activities and update the crm system accordingly.

- collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for business growth.

**requirements:**

- previous experience in telesales or direct sales, preferably in a b2b environment.

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- ability to confidently articulate product features and benefits to potential clients.

- strong negotiation and closing skills.

- goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- proficiency in crm software and ms office suite.

- bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
