- assist candidates in understanding the advantages of using hirex for their job search.
4. appointment setting:
- schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team with interested clients.
- maintain a well-organized schedule of follow-up calls.
5. feedback collection:
- gather feedback from clients and candidates to enhance our services.
- report client requirements and preferences to the relevant teams.
6. database management:
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the crm system.
- regularly update the database with new leads and information.
qualifications:
- high school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- familiarity with crm systems and telecalling software.
