Urgent Requirement For Tele Calling Executive

We are seeking Freshers with IT backgrounds (BCA/MCA/BTech/BBA/MBA) for the profile of Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills & zeal to learn new things. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. We are looking for Telecallers For the Digital Marketing Domain to handle customers for outbound calls.

Job Requirements

- Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services.

- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.

- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
