We seek a highly motivated, experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Refex (Refex Green Mobility)

Youll also strategize and implement initiatives to enhance team performance, productivity and quality of work in the company.

Role & responsibilities :

Set the tone for the team and create a positive and productive work environment.

Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability.

Transform a group of individuals into a cohesive and high-performing team where each member feels valued and supported.

Identify and leverage team members strengths and suggest scope for improvement.

Adapt to changing situations and make strategic decisions to ensure the teams success.

Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.

Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile : From BPO Industry

Graduate with minimum of 3-4 three years of experience in a leadership or management role. (Preferably from BPO industry)

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.

Knowledge of the industry best practices and trends for team management.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
