Tele Caller (Fresher)

As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating calls to clients, providing information about our services, and addressing customer inquiries. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and those with prior experience.

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our offerings. You will need to actively listen to customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintaining a positive attitude during calls and ensuring that customer complaints are effectively handled are essential parts of your job. You'll also keep records of calls and client interactions and be comfortable with everyday calling work.

To succeed in this role, you must possess good communication skills and be able to converse in basic Hindi and English. A graduate degree is required, and you should be comfortable working in an office environment.
