Telecaller - Part Time - Freshers

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team in Patna. This part-time position offers an opportunity for freshers, particularly male candidates who have completed their 12th grade, to gain valuable experience in customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Making Calls**: You will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers to inform them about our products and services. Clear communication is essential to explain offerings effectively.

2. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers and understand their needs. Building a rapport will help in addressing their queries and guiding them towards making informed choices.

3. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database. This includes noting customer feedback, follow-up schedules, and any leads generated during calls.

4. **Follow-up Calls**: Conduct follow-up calls with interested customers to encourage them to take the next step. Being persistent and polite can lead to successful conversions.

5. **Reporting**: Regularly report to your supervisor with updates on call outcomes and customer feedback. This helps the team to refine strategies and improve overall performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills and be comfortable speaking on the phone. Basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and record-keeping.
