Telecaller Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team on a temporary basis. This position is ideal for freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to gain experience in customer service and communication.

- **Make Outbound Calls**: You will reach out to potential clients or customers to inform them about our products or services and gather their feedback.

- **Provide Information**: You will explain features, benefits, and offers to customers clearly and concisely, ensuring they understand what is being offered.

- **Record Customer Feedback**: It’s important to listen to customer responses and take notes on their interest and concerns for further analysis.

- **Maintain Call Records**: You will keep detailed records of calls made, responses received, and any follow-up actions needed, ensuring a systematic approach to contacting clients.

- **Achieve Target Goals**: You will work toward achieving daily or weekly call targets set by the team, helping to improve overall team performance.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. An ability to engage customers and convey information clearly is essential. Basic computer skills are necessary for maintaining records and documenting calls. You should also be friendly, patient, and able to handle rejection positively. A motivated attitude and willingness to learn are key qualities we are looking for in our tele callers.
