Hiring Fresher / Telecaller / 12th Pass

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Vijay Nagar. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with varying levels of experience, from freshers to those with up to five years in a similar role. Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Outbound Calls:** You will be responsible for calling potential customers to promote our products or services by clearly presenting their features and benefits.

- **Handling Inquiries:** Respond to questions and inquiries from customers, providing them with accurate information to help them make informed decisions.

- **Tracking Conversations:** Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system to keep track of leads and ensure effective follow-up.

- **Meeting Targets:** Strive to achieve monthly targets for calls made and sales generated, contributing to the overall success of the team.

- **Customer Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve service or product offerings.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, enabling them to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone. A friendly and approachable personality is important for building rapport with customers. Basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and using CRM software.
