Freshers For Telecaller - Mumbai

We are seeking a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Virar West, Mumbai. This full-time position is suitable for freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to start their career in customer communication.

As a Tele Caller, your main responsibilities will include:

- **Making Outbound Calls:** You will contact potential customers to introduce our products and services, aiming to generate interest and inquiries.

- **Providing Information:** You will explain details about our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have to ensure their understanding.

- **Recording Interaction:** While interacting with customers, you will maintain accurate records of conversations and feedback in our system for future reference.

- **Meeting Targets:** You will work towards achieving daily or weekly targets related to call volume, customer interactions, and lead generation.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. A basic understanding of computer operations is necessary to document interactions and use calling software effectively. An enthusiastic attitude towards learning and interacting with people is essential. The ideal candidate will be patient, articulate, and able to handle customer queries professionally. Previous experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment is expected.
