Tele Caller - Freshers

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Tele Caller to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time role that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** You will contact potential customers to promote our products and services, introducing them in a clear and engaging manner.

- **Handle Customer Inquiries:** You will respond to customer questions and provide information about our offerings, ensuring that all inquiries are handled professionally.

- **Maintain Call Records:** You are responsible for updating and maintaining accurate records of calls made and customer interactions in our database.

- **Follow-Up Calls:** You will reach out to previous customers or leads to follow up on their interest and encourage them to take action.

- **Achieve Targets:** You will work towards achieving sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
