Tele Caller - Freshers

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Tele Caller to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time role that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: You will contact potential customers to promote our products and services, introducing them in a clear and engaging manner.

- Handle Customer Inquiries: You will respond to customer questions and provide information about our offerings, ensuring that all inquiries are handled professionally.

- Maintain Call Records: You are responsible for updating and maintaining accurate records of calls made and customer interactions in our database.

- Follow-Up Calls: You will reach out to previous customers or leads to follow up on their interest and encourage them to take action.

- Achieve Targets: You will work towards achieving sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Good Listening Skills: It’s important to actively listen to customer concerns and respond appropriately.

- Basic Computer Skills: You should be comfortable using computers and software for call logging and information tracking.

- Positive Attitude: A friendly and optimistic approach while communicating with customers is essential.

- Time Management: You should be able to manage your time efficiently to handle multiple calls and tasks effectively.
