Tele Caller - Full Time (Female)

We are looking for a confident and motivated female Tele Caller to join our team at our office in Netaji Subhash Place. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in telecalling and must have completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote services. This includes educating them about the benefits and features of our offerings.

- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships. It’s essential to listen to their needs and address any concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Data Management**: Record and maintain accurate information about calls and customer interactions in our database. Keeping track of customer preferences is crucial for effective follow-up.

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads and opportunities through calls. This involves recognizing customer interest and gathering relevant information for the sales team.

- **Follow-Up Calls**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture relationships. Persistence is key to turning potential interest into sales.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are necessary for clear interaction with customers.

- A friendly and enthusiastic attitude is essential, as the role involves engaging with a diverse clientele.

- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively. Candidates must be persuasive and adaptable.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and managing call logs.
