**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential customers to introduce our products or services, generating interest and engagement.

- **Respond to Inquiries:** Answer questions from customers promptly and clearly, providing helpful information to assist them in making informed decisions.

- **Maintain Customer Records:** Keep detailed logs of calls and customer interactions, ensuring accurate records for follow-up and reporting.

- **Achieve Call Targets:** Strive to meet daily call quotas and performance metrics set by the management, ensuring productivity and efficiency.

- **Gather Feedback:** Collect customer insights and feedback during calls to improve services and understand customer needs better.
