About the Role

We are looking for a confident, friendly tele caller to talk to customers and enquiries over the phone, explain our services clearly, and help convert leads into appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and customers from the data provided

Answer inbound enquiries politely and give accurate information

Explain services and offers in simple Telugu, Hindi or English

Follow up with interested leads by call and WhatsApp

Fix appointments, site visits or demos

Record every call outcome in the CRM or Excel sheet

Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets

Handle objections calmly and keep a professional tone

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Degree (any stream)

Fluent in Telugu and Hindi or English (Telugu is a must)

Clear, pleasant voice and good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp)

Willing to work from the Nagole office

Target-oriented, with a positive attitude and patience

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Prior tele-calling or customer-support experience

Knowledge of CRM tools
