We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. This is a full-time position for a female candidate, ideally suited for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to learn.

As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone. You will be expected to make outbound calls, provide information about our products and services, and address customer inquiries. Building rapport with customers and identifying their needs will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Making Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential clients to promote our services, ensuring to maintain a positive and engaging tone.

2. **Customer Interaction**: Answer queries, provide information, and assist customers in navigating our offerings to meet their needs.

3. **Follow-Up Calls**: Conduct follow-up calls to check on previous conversations and reinforce our services, fostering a relationship with the customer.

4. **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our database for future reference.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum qualification of 12th grade and previous experience is not necessary. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with a friendly and patient demeanor when interacting with customers. Candidates should be goal-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a team. Familiarity with basic computer usage will be beneficial for data entry tasks.

Being punctual and dedicated to achieving targets set by the company are also important attributes for this role.
